Hire Charge

Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total amount due
All bookings are by pre-booking only and must be confirmed within 7 days with the balance being due and payable 21 or 14 days prior to the date of hire (see terms and conditions)

Vehicle rental includes all tolls, fuel, parking etc.
Gratuities are not included in the hire fee but as a guide 10% of the hire fee is recommended (dependant on service).
If you require any special requests we will be pleased to try and accommodate you.
Due to licensing and insurance restrictions all vehicles are deemed to be non smoking
Due to our busy schedules it would be appreciated if the agreed departure times are adhered to. In the event of a delay our driver will notify you on arrival. A 15 minute period will then be allowed, after which times our Company regulations will require him to depart. Extensions to any booking time will be at the drivers’ discretion, and any agreed extension will be at our normal hire rates.
